CureTape® Oval Sensor Over Patches help protect your CGM sensor and keep it securely in place during everyday activities. This mix pack contains 8 oval sensor patches in four different colors and prints, giving you a varied selection of styles to wear with your glucose sensor.

The oval shape fits neatly around your sensor and provides comfortable coverage without feeling bulky. Made from flexible, breathable kinesiology tape, these CGM over patches move naturally with your skin while providing reliable adhesion. The material is water-resistant, making the sensor covers suitable for showering, swimming, exercise and everyday wear.

CureTape® CGM sensor covers fit many of the most commonly used continuous glucose monitoring systems. They can be used as Dexcom G7 over patches, FreeStyle Libre 3 sensor covers and FreeStyle Libre 3 Plus sensor covers. They are also suitable for Dexcom G6, FreeStyle Libre 2 and Libre 2 Plus, Medtronic Guardian, Medtronic Enlite and other similarly sized CGM sensors.

Each sensor over patch is made from high-quality kinesiology tape in our ISO-certified production facility in South Korea. The patches are skin-friendly, latex-free and designed to provide comfortable support around your glucose monitor throughout your daily routine.

CureTape® Sensor Over Patches are also available in a round shape. Both the oval and round sensor covers are designed to fit over most commonly used CGM sensors, allowing you to choose the shape that best suits your sensor placement and personal preference.

Suitable for Children

The soft and flexible material also makes these CGM over patches suitable for children. The sensor cover helps keep the glucose sensor protected during school, sports and everyday activities while allowing comfortable freedom of movement.

Note

Although the adhesive layer is hypoallergenic, it may not be suitable for every skin type. Some users may still experience a skin reaction. If itching, pain or irritation occurs, remove the patch immediately.

Order

How can I place an order?

1. Click on the “Shop by Brand” or “Shop by Category” tab.

2. Click on the ‘category’ you wish to search.

3. Select ‘add to cart’ once for each item required. For items with colour variations click ‘select options’ or select the image of the product and enter the amount of each colour of item you would like to order.

4. To check the order or make amendments hover over the blue shopping bag in the header (upper right corner) and click ‘view cart’. If required delete mistakenly ordered items. To add further items click the ‘shop’ tab and continue creating the order.

5. Finally check the order by selecting ‘view cart’ by hovering over the shopping bag in the upper right corner.

6. Click the button ‘proceed to checkout’ if you have checked the cart and would like to order the items in it.

7. If you already have an account, you can login with your existing account. If you do not have an account yet you could choose to register or to proceed as a guest. If you register you do not have to fill in all of your personal information for your next order.

8. Enter all required information on the checkout page. Choose your preferred payment method, enter the details and click ‘place order’.

9. You will receive an email confirming the order and its order number.

10. When using Bank Transfer you can deposit the payment for the order into our account mentioned in the order confirmation referencing the order number.

11. Once funds are received the order will be processed and a tracking number for the package will be emailed to you. You can monitor parcels by clicking track my item. You will receive an email confirming completion of the order.

Where can I find my order information?

When you place an order, you will receive the confirmation in your email. You can also find the order information when you log into your account and click on orders.

How can I add a coupon to my order?

You can add a coupon to your order when you go to your shopping cart. Beneath the cart totals you should fill in the code of the coupon and press apply coupon. Now your coupon is added to your order.

Return Policy

What is the return period?

Our return policy is 30 days after product purchase. If you return your goods within 30 days we can offer a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

What are the return conditions?

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded. Several types of goods are exempt from being returned.

Do you replace products?

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send an email to [email protected] and wait for a reply from our sales team (within 5 working days) before sending your item to us.

Do I have to pay return costs?

Unless otherwise agreed, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

How can I return a product?

If you want to return, or exchange an item send us an email to [email protected] include a brief description with the reason of returning the product, the original order number and a photo/video if applicable. Wait for a reply (within 5 working days) before sending your item to us. To complete your return, we will require a receipt or proof of purchase and LOT/Batch number from the packaging (where applicable). Please do not send your purchase directly back to the manufacturer.

How does the shipping of the return work?

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for an exchanged or replacement product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $25, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Sometimes postage goes missing. THYSOL USA’s responsibility ceases once we have deposited your products with the postage contractor. We highly recommend when checking out with your order online that you consider; signature on delivery/loss or damage insurance. If items don’t arrive at the end destination we will lodge a dispute query with the freight carrier. In out experience even in favourable cases a reimbursement of up to $50 may be possible therefore insurance should always be considered.

When will I receive the refund?

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to you via the original method of payment, within a certain time period (approx 10 working days). Please be aware that some external payment providers can then take up to 30 days to credit funds back to an account or card.

I haven’t received my refund yet. What should I do?

If you think you haven’t received your refund yet, first check your bank or Paypal account. Then contact your card company, it may take some time before a refund is officially posted to your account. Alternatively, contact your bank or Paypal. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
