We aim to process orders placed before 3:00 PM on business days the same day. Orders placed later are generally processed the next business day.

Standard delivery within the United States is typically estimated at 1–3 business days after shipment. Delivery times are estimates and may vary by destination and carrier.

Standard shipping is free on US orders of $30 or more.

For orders under $30, standard shipping is $4.95. The estimated standard delivery time is approximately 2–3 business days. Any applicable shipping charges will be shown at checkout.

Please check your shipping address carefully before completing your order. If you notice an error, contact [email protected] immediately with your order number and the correct address. We cannot guarantee changes once an order has entered fulfillment or shipped.

Returned to Sender (RTS)

If a package is returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address or because it was not collected, contact us for instructions. Any refund or reshipment will be reviewed after the package is returned, in accordance with the applicable shipping and return terms.

We stand behind the quality of our products. Our existing US FAQ describes a standard 30-day warranty period, with the following exceptions:

• FASCIQ IASTM tools: lifetime warranty under normal clinical use, subject to warranty terms
• Massage guns: 1-year warranty

If an item arrives damaged or you believe it is defective, contact [email protected] with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos if relevant. Warranty coverage may vary by product and circumstances.

Items must be unused and in their original condition and packaging. Some items, including gift cards, downloadable products, and certain personal care products, may not be eligible for return.

Sale items may be excluded from change-of-mind refunds under the published return policy. This does not limit any rights that apply to defective, damaged, or incorrectly supplied products.

Because orders may be fulfilled through Amazon's fulfillment network, the correct return address can vary. Do not mail an item to the business address or manufacturer without authorization. Email [email protected] and wait for return instructions or a return label when applicable.

For higher-value returns, consider a trackable shipping service and appropriate insurance. Transit times for returns and replacements vary by location.
