Description
*While we are transitioning to new packaging, you may still receive your Silicone Cupping Set in the previous packaging without the beige box. The product itself remains exactly the same.
FASCIQ® Silicone Sports Cupping Set
The FASCIQ® Sports Cupping Set is designed to improve mobility, support recovery, and reduce muscle tension through effective cupping therapy.
Unlike traditional silicone cups that are mainly used for gliding cupping, this sports cupping set is specifically designed for static and targeted cupping applications. This allows for deeper, more controlled stimulation of the tissue and fascia, making it particularly effective for localized treatment areas.
The cups can be used for traditional cupping, dynamic cupping, and mobility-focused applications. Simply apply suction and then pull, push, or move with the cups to help release fascial adhesions, improve flexibility, and reduce myofascial restrictions.
- One-piece design suitable for different body areas
- Two suction methods: plunger and inversion
- Set includes 2 small cups (2.25″ / 57 mm) and 2 large cups (2.63″ / 67 mm)
- Durable EVA carry case with zipper
- Made from 100% food-grade silicone
- Best used with lotion or cream for optimal suction and control
★★★★★
“FASCIQ® Sports Cupping Set”
Great quality and excellent value for the price. It has helped me recover from back muscle strain and is perfect for relaxing after a long day or before going to sleep. It has become part of my workout routine, and combined with stretching, it helps reduce muscle soreness and improves my performance at the gym.

How Cupping Therapy Works
Cupping creates a decompression effect in the tissue beneath the cup, lifting the skin and underlying structures while creating mild compression around the edges. This unique stimulation can help improve circulation, reduce muscle tension, and support the nervous system. Unlike traditional massage or tools such as IASTM tools or floss bands, cupping works by lifting rather than compressing the tissue.
How to Use Sports Trigger Point Cupping Cups
- Determine Application Time: Most myofascial cupping applications are performed for a few minutes at a time. Larger areas of the body, such as the lower back and legs, can typically tolerate longer application times. In contrast, upper body areas like the torso, neck, and arms usually require shorter sessions to achieve effective results.
- Watch for Skin Response: In some cases, mild circular marks or bruising may appear where the cups are applied. This is more common with stronger suction or in individuals who are more sensitive to cupping. While this is not the primary goal of treatment, it can occur. It is recommended to start with lighter suction (using the plunger method) and shorter durations to assess tolerance.
- Avoid Face and Head Areas: These sports cupping cups are not designed for use on the face or head, as these areas are more sensitive and prone to bruising. For facial treatments, it is recommended to use a facial cupping set specifically developed for delicate skin.
- Utilize Movement During Treatment: These cups are designed to be used both statically and with movement. Once suction is created, you can either leave the cups in place for targeted treatment or move them across the skin to address larger areas. Alternatively, you can apply the cups and perform controlled movements with the body part being treated. The suction restricts the movement of the underlying tissue, allowing for focused and effective stimulation.
